Adrian Sham has over 10 years’ experience as a tax advisor starting his career as a graduate in London for Grant Thornton. In August 2015, Adrian relocated to Singapore to help build the tax practice in Singapore where he leads the Global Mobility and High Net Worth team.

Angelos is a Senior Tax Associate at Eurofast. In 2003 he obtained his first degree in economic sciences from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. Thereafter qualified as a certified accountant in 2006 and became a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus in the same year. He was admitted to fellowship of the ACCA in 2013.
With more than 12 years of experience in public practice, Angelos is involved on a daily basis in business and tax advisory rendered to clients both in Cyprus and abroad. He has also lectured part-time on subjects for the ACCA qualification, and written various articles on related topics within his field of expertise focusing on Cyprus within the international business environment.

Bastien Trelcat obtained his Master in Business Law and Corporate Taxation from the Law School of Aix-en-Provence University, France in 2002. During his studies, he was ranked among the 10 Best business law students by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2001 and won the 1st edition of the Landwell Award (PwC) in 2002. The following year, in 2003, he received his LLM. in International Business Laws from City University of Hong Kong. In 2004, Mr. Trelcat became a member of the Paris Bar.
Before moving to Shanghai, he gained extensive professional background from various firms in France where he specialized in both corporate and individual taxation.
In 2004, Bastien Trelcat relocated to Shanghai where he advised several leading companies throughout China and Europe in their M&A transactions, including structuring and negotiation of joint-ventures.
He also assisted companies in the tax structuring of their investment in Asia and creation of their distribution networks. He has worked on several cross border transactions involving Thailand and frequently travels to this country. He has also developed strong networks throughout Asia.

Brian Ostar has been active in the EB-5 industry for nearly ten years. As Director of Global Operations for EB5 Capital, he is based at the Washington, D.C. office. He is a graduate of Cornell University, and has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.

Darlene Hart is Founder & CEO of US Tax & Financial Services, (USTAXFS) a European based global tax professional services firm focusing on US tax compliance and consultancy, with offices in London, Zurich and Geneva. She has nearly 40 years of tax, accounting, financial and retirement planning experience, working with the Big 4 firms Touche Ross (now Deloitte), and Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) before starting USTAXFS in London in 1986 and Switzerland in 2003.

Alexandra Otway was born in Toronto where she spent her early years, then returning to Grenada completing her early schooling. His other studies included a year spent at the University of Canterbury reading subjects in New Zealand laws and taxation, earning his Chartered Islamic Finance Professional qualification at INCEIF, and obtaining his Graduate Certificate in New Zealand Immigration Advice and gaining his New Zealand Immigration Adviser’s License.
Jonathan recently joined our Asia wealth planning and tax group in Singapore from his previous practice based in Bangkok Thailand and has over 15 years experience working in the Asia Pacific region. Les Khan, PMP, MSOC, BBA, is Chief Executive Officer of the St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Investment Unit. He has over 20 years of experience with large financial organizations and risk management companies globally. Ms. Luphina Ahn was born Korean in the South and has been residing in Malaysia for 20 years. She spent her first 4 years in Malaysia under the education sector before she joined the Korean Society in Malaysia as a President Secretary in 2002. She began helping and assisting other Korean residence in Malaysia with their lodging and accommodation, children’s education and with their investments in properties.
In 2004, she was offered a position to lead the Korean market team in an MM2H agency. Besides planning the marketing plan for the agency, she played a huge role in the consultancy department where she would provide her insights into investment as well as education in Malaysia.

Quan A. Vuong is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant who heads the international and domestic tax practice at SKT Law. His practice specializes in tax, international tax planning and controversy, business formations, business transactions, and wills and trusts.

Trevor Alleyne is an Assistant Director/Division Chief of the Caribbean I Division at the International Monetary Fund since September 2013, where he is responsible for the OECS countries. His previous Caribbean experience at the Fund was as Division Chief of the Caribbean II Division during 2008-2012, serving also as mission chief for Jamaica, Barbados, The Bahamas, and Suriname.
Mr. Alleyne has been at the IMF since 1992, with assignments mainly in the African and Western Hemisphere Departments. Most recently, he served as mission chief for Nigeria and Zambia (2012-2013). Prior to joining the Fund, he was a principal analyst at the U.S. Congressional Budget Office from 1986 to 1992. He is a professional economist with over 25 years of experience; was educated at the University of the West Indies (B.Sc.), University of Pennsylvania (M.A.), and the University of Maryland (Ph.D.)
As Chief Executive Officer of the Manhattan Regional Center, Attorney Winnie Ng directs the affairs of the regional center and leads its senior executive team.
As Chief Counsel of the regional center and its associated projects, Attorney Ng’s role is to ensure that the regional center and its associated projects are in compliance with EB-5 law, in an effort to help investors receive approvals to their EB-5 petitions and to secure their green cards.
Attorney Ng has provided legal services to hundreds of EB-5 investors in the past, assisting them with their I-526 petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status applications, and/or I-829 removal of condition petitions. She has also assisted many regional centers and project developers in setting up and structuring their regional centers and/or EB-5 projects.
Attorney Ng frequently participates in panel discussions, speaks at conferences and seminars, and conducts EB-5 trainings in the United States and overseas. She has also authored articles on EB-5 and EB-5 related topics.
